A Nollywood actor identified as Juwon has recently died in suspected Fulani herdsmen attack along the Ogbomoso road, Ilorin Expressway on his way to a movie shoot alongside Toyosi Adesanya who he was assisting.
Toyosi who narrated the ordeal shared how they were attacked by the armed bandits and one of the shots fired sporadically in the air ended up taking Juwon’s life.
She also took the opportunity to plead with government officials to heighten efforts towards the fight against armed bandits.
The Kwara state police public relations officer, Ajayi Okasanmi has confirmed the incident and relays plans will be made to arrest the culprits.
