Residents of about ten gbagyi communities in Buruku area in Chikun Local government area of Kaduna state have called on the Federal Government to come to their aid following the displacement from their communities due to repeated attacks by armed herdsmen.
They say they are on the verge of hunger and starvation as they can no longer farm and need to return to their communities.
They also accused the pastoralists of forcefully occupying their communities and taking over their farmlands.
The area had been raided before by armed bandits as far back as four months ago. Watch the video for details.
