Dad quickly reacts and jumps in to protect his son from being mauled by a coyote. The new Dad has received love and praise for his heroic deed. In the early hours on Monday by 11:00 am, a coyote was seen fiercely attacking a family as they walk to Exeter on the trail.
What would have turned out to be a sad incident had the father not stepped in to hand wrestle and suffocate the coyote. The new Dad said in an interview said he and he didn’t envisage the day to go that way because it all started like every normal day.
He and his family take the usual walk in the wood until the Coyote attacked his youngest son and he was alarmed by his wife. His wife had also tried to separate the son from the aggressive animal but he realized the only way for him, his wife and kids to be safe would be only when the Coyote was killed.
That made him fight the coyote, suffocate him and also sustained injuries. O’Reilly got rabies shot and his family also received treatment following the attack.
It turns out that few hours before the new Dad and family were attacked, an old woman and her dog were also attacked by the Coyote. Also, even before the old woman and her dog were attacked, the coyote was seen running after a vehicle.
Thanks to the new Dad who ended the Coyote that posed a threat to the people walking in the wood.
