The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has read the riot act to foreign diplomats in the country.
The Minister Geoffrey Onyema warned members of the diplomatic community in Abuja to respect laid down rules of engagement, stop direct interaction with the Presidency without the Ministry’s approval and shun travelling to endangered hotspots in the country without direct approval.
Mr Onyema urged the diplomats to take advantage of available channels of communication by the Ministry saying the foreign ministry is available to render a hand of assistance and support.
