The Minister of Youth and Sports Development Sunday Dare has expressed confidence on Nigeria’s Cricket team billed to represent the nation at the International Cricket Council World cup holding in South Africa from January the fifteenth to February the ninth two thousand and twenty.
Mr Dare while bidding officials and players of the team known as Team Nigeria farewell in Abuja says he is confident they have the capacity to surprise any opponent despite their low profile.
He says he is not disturbed that the fifteen member team has been drawn in a group tagged the group of death with cricket world powers like South Africa, Australia and West Indies.
