Antonio Tavaris Brown, an American football player has sued his rape accuser and former personal trainer, Britney Taylor who accused him of raping her. Brown has now sued her in a countersuit claiming the intercourse was consensual.
His attorney disclosed that there is evidence that Taylor conveyed her willingness to engage in the act at all times in a countersuit document and states that they did have sexual intercourse on May 20, 2018, but it was consensual.
The document further went ahead to disclose that although when Brown hired Taylor as his personal trainer, he did sign a ‘no flirting clause’ to ensure things would stay professional, however, discloses that they were filmed in romantic and sexually suggestive positions where consent is evident.
In addition to denying all the claims, Brown will now be suing Taylor for defamation of character citing that she is lying and that after failing to secure a business endeavour and desired relationship status with Brown decided to retaliate by accusing him of rape.
