New York City Experience
Landing in NYC (The Big Apple), we went straight to immigration where we were asked a lot of questions regarding our visit in the USA, we also submitted the custom form we were given on the plane.
We proceeded to the baggage claim to get our luggage, we rented a trolley for $6, it was automatically operated, I had no idea how it was done until I got help from one of the officers working at the airport.
I was at John F Kennedy international airport, it wasn’t as beautiful as I had imagined it to be. Our next flight was at the domestic airport. We had to leave the main airport, we were outside waiting for a cab to take us to the domestic airport. The weather was -1 degrees. It was very cold.
At the domestic airport, we had to check in our luggage. The plane going to Columbus, Ohio (our final destination) was at 3:30 pm. We spent about 8 hours in the airport waiting for our next flight.
