A former lawmaker from Kaduna State, Shehu Sani, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to consult with business moguls as well as security experts while on visit to Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom.

He was reacting to the announcement made on the President’s foreign trips to both countries.

Senator Sani said via Twitter, “Official foreign trips by Mr President that will bring economic gains to our country or realistically help us in addressing our security challenges is not bad; but we should see Businessmen and security experts on the entourage.”

The Nigerian President is billed to attend the Economic Forum of the Future Investment Initiative (FII), in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia, as stated by his media aide, Garba Shehu.

At the end of the summit, ‘President Buhari will on Saturday, November 2, 2019, proceed to the United Kingdom on a private visit. He is expected to return to Nigeria on November 17, 2019.’
