A military court in Equitorial Guinea has ordered Colonel Oyana to serve 18 years in prison and also reimburse the sum of 38 million CFA francs on charges of embezzlement according to military sources.
The Colonel who was dismissed after two months in command by a Presidential decree in December 2018 was promoted while several others faced demotion.
