The United Labour Congress (ULC) has disclosed that the planned strike proposed by the organised labour is heading towards failure.
The President of the ULC, Joe Ajaero has disclosed that the union will not join to make a mockery of the genuine struggle of Nigerian workers.
The ULC maintains the opinion that Nigerian Workers cannot negotiate effectively without mobilizing the relevant civil society organisations and also the market women, students and faith-based organisations, and community associations.
