A 10-year-old girl from the Nkporo, Ohafia council area in Aba has recently passed away from complications arising from anal sex.
Paul Ikwecheghi, the 16-year-old who reportedly took her away from her residence according to eyewitnesses allegedly had anal sex with her which left her paralyzed.
Paul, according to neighbours and close residents claim he uses Tramadol. The 10-year-old girl who also confessed that the act was perpetrated by the same Paul wept endlessly until she passed away, unfortunately.
The Police currently have Paul in custody.
