The trial of Ochanya, the 13-year-old teenager who was repeatedly molested by her Uncle, Andrew Ogbuja, who was a lecturer at the Benue State Polytechnic and his son and eventually died from the encounter.
Mr Andy Ogbuja’s trial begins today at State High Court, Makurdi. Mrs Felicia Ogbuja, his wife took a plea bargain at Federal High Court, Makurdi Oct 8, hearing set for Nov 5.
The third accused and son to the couple, Victor Ogbuja still on the run ?, yet to be declared wanted by the police.
