The Nigerian labour congress NLC has called on the Federal government and all employers nationwide to respect the rights of workers and improve their welfare.
Speaking at a press briefing to mark the two thousand and nineteen world day for decent work, the NLC president Ayuba Wabba says all workers must be treated with dignity by their employers, irrespective of their gender or political affiliation.
Mr Wabba who was represented by the Union’s Vice President Benjamin Anthony says there is a need to look into tax reform policies to improve on the growth of the economy.
