Nick Carter of the famous boyband Backstreet boys has welcomed his second child with his wife Lauren. The superstar shared this news in a tweet on Wednesday celebrating the birth of his daughter with his fans.
The 39-year-old married his wife Lauren Kitt in 2014 and together they share a son born in 2016. The superstar was a teen idol in the mid-’90s and early 2000s alongside other members of the popular band – Howie Dorough, AJ Mclean, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell.
Their band has been together since 1993 and is well known for hits like “I Want It That Way” and “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely”. Although they are not as popular as they were before, the group is still very much together and still release albums and go on tours.
Nick Carter and his wife first announced they were expecting a child in May, this was after his wife experienced a miscarriage eight months earlier. Carter also has a junior brother, a singer, Nick Carter, who he filed a restraining order from accusing him of threatening his then-pregnant wife.
