Joe Biden has yesterday accused President Trump of abuse of power due to a call from Trump to the new Russian President as far back in July and discussing him and his son and also requesting his investigation.

However, President Trump has defended the conversation saying it bordered around congratulating the new president and is confident that once the recording is released, he would be vindicated and labelled the accusation a ‘Ukranian Witch Hunt’.

The call-in question has been submitted to the Intelligence Community as a whistleblower complaint according to the Cable News Network and nothing was found on Biden, one which the Trump administration has put a hold on.

The house speaker, Nancy Pelosi has issued a strong warning to the President yesterday that should the persistence continue it would imply a breach of constitutional duties of the current administration. Meanwhile she has also called for a law requiring indictments of presidents

In the same vein, the House Intelligence Committee Chairman has opined that impeachment may be the only way to counter Trump’s order to make the complaint public.
