The Prime Minister of Finland and French President, Antti Rinne and Emmanuel Macron respectively have given UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson a September 30 deadline to come up with an alternative Brexit plan or risk the UK crashing out of the bloc without a deal.
According to the Finnish Leader, if Boris Johnson fails to come up with something substantial in writing, ‘It’s Over’. EU Leadership is currently domiciled in Finland.
The UK government have reported that since Boris Johnson’s assumption of office, a number of proposals as alternatives to the Irish Border backstop have been put forward but has committed to continue negotiating and tendering proposals at the specified time.
Antti Rinne disclosed that he and Emmanuel Macron agreed to the plan, if all 25 EU leaders agree, Boris Johnson will have his deadline for the U.K to leave the EU in half the time.
