An 18-carat gold Toilet worth an estimated £1 million has been stolen from the Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire early yesterday morning.
The stolen piece designed by Maurizio Cattelan was confirmed amiss by the Thames Valley Police and the Blenheim Palace.
The artwork was originally designed for the Guggenheim museum in New York City and was installed on Thursday as part of an exhibition in the Palace until October 27 before the incident happened.
Its whereabouts and how the incident happened are yet to be discovered by the Police.
