Shocking images from Ilaje Otumara Community located within the Lagos metropolis show a looming epidemic waiting to happen.
With no access road, no educational facility, no proper sanitary facilities and residents living side by side with waste and refuse, Ilaje Otumara is definitely a case of neglect by the Lagos state government.
Some residents spoke to Plus Tv Africa calling on the government to come to their aid and provide amenities to ease their stay in the community.
They say they want urgent help from the government.
