Over the past few weeks, the internet was rocked with news of the two lovebirds separating and as if that was not enough, on Wednesday, August 20 2019, Liam filed for a divorce from the Wrecking Ball star. According to sources, Miley was not aware that Liam was going to file for one. The 26-year-old, finally fed up of all the different rumours surrounding her bittersweet romance, addressed said rumours in a series of tweets.
She bared her heart to her fans, telling them that she accepts that she has to be completely open and transparent to her fans. She went on further to say that while she admits that she is foul-mouthed, smokes, partied and experimented with drugs, she definitely didn’t cheat on her Ex-husband, Liam.
She said that she would never admit that her marriage ended because of cheating. The rumours started after photos of her kissing Kaitlyn Carter surfaced online a few days after their separation was announced.
In her twitter posts, she hinted that she was not the Bright-eyed innocent character she played when she was younger and made it known that She had grown up. She admitted that she had made a couple of mistakes in the past but she had made a healthy decision to “leave a previous life behind”.
Celebrities like Madonna, Shailene Woodley, Vanessa Hudgens and Bella Throne have lent their voice/ emoji’s to support her amidst all the drama on the internet. Madonna told her there was no need for her to apologize applauding her for being Human and Bella Thorne told her “I love every version of you” while others commented with heart Emoji to her post.
