Certificates have been one of the Achilles heel’s of this administration. In the news recently, the Preside t has been under the radar for not having a WAEC Certificate and thus had not met all requirements to be President.
It was a long and winding journey as his during his legal trial, his certificate was denied by the deputy registrar of WAEC who claimed the certificate did not originate from the institution.
