Close to a month after Femi Otedola sold his interest in Forte Oil, the company has appointed Oladeinde Nelson-Cole as the new acting Company Secretary and General Counsel.
The appointment was disclosed to the Nigerian Stock Exchange yesterday and signed by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Olumide Adeosun.
This came as a result of the former Company Secretary who resigned from the first of July, this year.
The new owners of the Corporation Prudent Energy Services Limited completed the acquisition of Femi Otedola’s 74.02 per cent shareholding.
The former majority shareholder disclosed he would be moving on to energy-related ventures.
