The Transmission Company of Nigeria TCN has called on Distribution companies also known as DISCOS to invest appropriately in the National grid
The Managing Director of the TCN Usman Mohammad in a chat with newsmen in Abuja says the investment will improve the efficiency of the national distribution network making energy more available to millions of Nigerians
Mr Muhammad says the TCN is currently reconstructing major grid lines in the Lagos, Kaduna, Sokoto and Kebbi states to reduce challenges facing the nation’s national grid which is bringing unnecessary cost to its operations
