The Former Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Jibrin Usman (Rtd) has criticized the current state of affairs in Kogi state.
Vice Admiral Usman who was at the All Progressives Congress National Secretariat in Abuja to pick his expression of Interest and Nomination form for the upcoming Kogi state general elections says the current state government has failed residents of the state and does not deserve another term in office.
