The House of Representatives says it will investigate the recent violence and spate of demonstrations by members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria IMN
The motion was raised by the Minority Leader of the House Honorable Ndudi Elumelu as he condemned the violence urging the house to mandate the federal government to get to the root of the matter.
Other lawmakers expressed regret that the crisis between the IMN and the Federal Government has been allowed to snowball into a security situation capable of disrupting public peace and endangering the lives of Nigerians
