Not only does the Mirazur have the best views of the French Riviera, it is home to the best Chefs and front-of-house staff that provide the best experience you can imagine when it comes to fine dining.
Mauro Colagreco, the Chef in charge moved to France in his 20’s and worked for a long time with Bernard Loiseau before he passed away in 2003.
He worked with Alain Passard at Arpege and Alain Ducasse at Hotel Plaza Athenee before birthing Mirazur in Menton, Paris. His unique cuisine is inspired by the sea, the mountains and Menton’s delectable Citrus fruits.
Not only is he the owner of the Mirazur, he recently opened Grill 58 in Macau and also has a spot in Palm Beach, USA called Florie’s. The Grand Coeur home to Paris also has branches in Carne Argentina
