A Woman identified as Katlego Mogrewa in South Africa has been diagnosed with Depression after she was reportedly sexually harassed by a mine captain in Rustenburg at the Lanxess chrome mine.
According to her, her boss promised a higher role if she succumbed to sleep with him, she claimed to have reported the incident to the Company’s Human Resources desk however, nothing happened from the gesture.

My life has never been the same ever since the sexual harassment started in May last year. He started by calling me into his office, demanding my cellphone number.
He then went on to fondle my breasts, threatening that my career would never go anywhere as he was the only person who had powers to give me a higher position,” Mogwera alleged.
She also attests to have reported the issue to the Police as she no longer felt safe at work but wasn’t able to see the case through as she was admitted for depression.
