Ghanaian counsellor Dr Charlotte who Simi referred to as “incoherent”, over her advice to women whose men are cheating reacts.
It would be recalled that the counsellor had earlier said during a radio interview on Monday, June 17th 2019, that
“If you are reasonable and you are working, he is cheating, let him cheat, when he finishes, he’ll come because you are too busy taking care of him and making sure he dresses well. Marriage needs a lot of sacrifices; women we need to learn this.
Men have an ego, you can’t change it, that’s the way they are, women need to submit, give him that respect … work, let him cheat when he’s tired he’ll come. Women stop being suspicious, leave him, do your part as a woman in your home.
Dr Charlotte has now said she doesn’t blame Simi for her reaction as she is naïve and lacks experience, as she has been married for 11 years and knows the rudiments of keeping a man, in all of this she said she isn’t subscribing to cheating, but she wouldn’t lose her husband due to cheating.
She said women should know they are helpmates to men, as divorce is not the solution to a cheating man.
