The family of American slain rapper have argued why they should regain custody of Nipsey Hussle’s daughter Emani, claiming her biological mum Tanisha is negligent and unfit, based on her two other kids.
The lawyers of the family are confident they can win the custody battle for Emani his 10-year-old daughter, following the track record of Tanisha Foster with her 18-year-old daughter, who is currently in Juvenile detention in Los Angeles and has been a frequent guest of the system since she was 12.
They further disclosed shes in Juvenile detention for petty theft, and not even Tanisha has gone forward to claim her.
Tanisha’s 17-year-old son is also said to bounce from home to home and doesn’t attend school regularly. On these grounds, they believe Tanisha Foster is not a fit parent, and can’t care for Emani.
Emani is currently in the custody of Nipsey’s sister Samantha.
