Tosin Martins reveals the mind-blowing amount he charges to perform ‘Olo mi’ at weddings now

“Olo mi” crooner, Tosin Martins has revealed how much he charges to perform the evergreen love song at Nigerian weddings.

Tosin Martins, who was a studio guest on the PLUS TV Africa tea time show also shared his take on the 2Face’s latest post on Corruption in COSON, his fan base, his sound and many more.

On why he hasn’t released another hit track besides ‘Olo mi’, he said “I think I have tried to give other amazing songs, people just like Olo mi. I have done one with Ego under storm records, I have one with Tiwa Savage, I have a thankyou remix with Banky W and Jesse Jagz…I think it is a blessing not a curse at least I have something people call me for”

On how much, Olo mi has generated so far “Honestly i can’t tell you..streams of income is loose, we get from downloads, ring tones, but majorly from events unless you have massive song downloads….so i honestly can’t say but it has afforded the most opporunity to earn.”

On how he charges to perform Olo mi at events, “it is in seven figures but erm, because for my kind of act, i come with the bells and whistles, people with standards to perform with, band and being able to express myself beyond one song requires that figure to compensate all the creative minds involved”

On receiving Royalties from COSON “No I don’t and i’m registered under them…..”

He further that COSON is indeed a scam as revealed by 2face Idibia earlier.
