Jessica Alba and 10-year-old daughter Honour have started attending therapy together and according to Jessica, she is doing this in order to learn how to be a better mother and communicate more effectively with her daughter.
She also revealed they are getting the chance to open up to each other. The actress in the past has been very vocal about her parenting and the importance of working hard, which she says is what she is trying to instil in her kids.
The actress has other kids as she also shares a daughter with Haven Garner and son with her husband Cash Warren.
