The family of Nipsey Hussle have laid down their reason why they think 10-year-old Emani the daughter of Slain rapper Nipsey Hussle should remain in their custody, claiming that Emani’s mother needs to get her life in order.
The slain rapper’s family wants custody of the child Emani has her biological mother has a rap sheet proving she is unfit to take care of her child until she makes changes in her life.
It would be recalled that it was earlier reported that Tanisha Foster had a warrant out for her arrest for violating probation and DUI multiple times.
According to sources, Emani has been living with late Nipsey’s sister Samantha who is a successful businesswoman since the rapper passed away.
Nipsey’s family further offered to help Tanisha enroll in substance abuse programs, but she wouldn’t budge.
It is noteworthy that the Judge has been siding with Nipsey’s family. Nipsey passed away without a will and his estate will be shared amongst his two kids.
