A boxer by the name of Daniel Franco who was signed to Jay-Z’s sports agency has filed a lawsuit for brain injuries he suffered in three fights in less than 80 days.
According to Franco, he had advised the Roc Nation Handlers to either cancel or postpone a fight but was pressured to go ahead to fight where he lost in the third round.
He was later hurried into another fight precisely 50 days after, with a third fight a month later.
He is of the view that the Roc Nation Officials should have made sure he was medically fit for his third fight and believes that as a result, he suffered two skull fractures and a brain hemorrhage that led to being in a coma.
He is asking for undisclosed damages.
