Former Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has revealed that the English club’s problems are down to “the players, organization, and ambition”.
The Portuguese also refuted claims that a breakdown in working relationship with French midfielder, Paul Pogba, was responsible for his dismissal.
Following United’s worst start ever to a league season, Jose Mourinho was sacked with his working relationship with his players highlighted as a factor in his dismissal.
Manchester United appointed club legend, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Mourinho’s replacement on an interim basis and after winning 14 of his 19 matches, was appointed on a permanent basis in March. The Norwegian, however, saw a downturn in the club’s fortunes which saw United miss out on Champions League football by finishing sixth.
