Heavyweight boxer, Kubrat Pulev has been ordered to complete a sexual harassment course and pay a $2,500 fine before having his suspension uplifted.
The Bulgarian was suspended by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) until July for kissing Jennifer Ravalo, a female boxing reporter without her consent.
The Bulgarian was being interviewed by reporter Jennifer after an impressive seventh-round knockout of Bogdan Dinu in March when he grabbed her by the jaw and kissed her on the lips.
Pulev tendered an apology to Ravalo during the hearing, with the California State Athletic Commission unanimously deciding that he can reapply to have his boxing license reinstated, should he meet the conditions by the 22nd of July.
Pulev will have to pay the fine and complete his sexual harassment course before he can be allowed to fight anywhere in North America and stands the risk of a lifetime ban in the future, should he commit a similar offense.
