South Africa’s President, Cyril Ramaphosa has on Sunday, vowed to clean up corruption as he prepares to appoint a new cabinet following his re-election.
Ramaphosa said he will not appoint leaders who will seek their personal gain.
His first speech to supporters after claiming victory read: “we are going to end corruption whether they like it or not.”
Ramaphosa on Sunday urged his fellow party members, ANC not to hang the party’s dirty linen in public, calling for unity among the party in fighting corruption.
