Tottenham Hotspur’s coach, Mauricio Pochettino has expressed his confidence regards the fitness and availability of Dele Alli for the Champions League final, amidst injury worries.
The 23-year-old was withdrawn at half-time against Everton due to an undisclosed illness.
Having secured a fourth-place finish in the Premier League, Spurs’ attention now turns to their first UEFA Champions League final against Liverpool in Madrid on June 1.
Pochettino revealed Alli’s withdrawal was more of a precautionary and he will be assessed in the coming days.
The England international has been plagued with various injuries all season, the last being a fractured hand last month.
