The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Adamu has rolled out new counter-kidnapping strategies for operations as he assures an end to violent crimes in the country.
The new counter-kidnapping strategies rolled out on Thursday are targeted at identifying, locating and dismantling kidnapping gangs and bringing them to justice.
According to the IGP, the strategies were designed to complement and strengthen the ongoing ‘Operaton Puff Adder’ nationwide.
While commending the general public for their patience, the IGP reassured the nation of adequate security to make the nation safer.
