The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has claimed that the Police Force is handicapped when it comes to curtailing the widespread violence raging the Country.
The IGP in a closed-door session with lawmakers attributed the lacklustre response to a shortage of funds, men and material to carry out the job.
