Adeniyi Israel, of the Department of Mathematics, died
after being knocked down, yesterday, at Wesco Junction along the
Akure-Ilesha Expressway.

Angered by his demise, students of
the institution have now taken over the road to demand the construction
of speed breakers on the road.
