In a history defining moment, 2 Nigerian women become the first ever two African authors to be shortlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction in a year.
The women are Oyinkan Braithwaite nominated for her book ‘My Sister, The Serial Killer’ and Diana Evans for her book ‘Ordinary People’.
The Women’s Prize for Fiction is one of the most prestigious literature awards in the world. The winner takes home a £30,000 Prize money.
