After what has been described as one of the most hotly contested elections in decades, the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez is set to regain power according to him.
Sanchez has proposed forming a coalition government which will respect the constitution and promote social justice.
He also disclosed plans to form a pro-European government to strengthen rather than weaken Europe. Pedro faces weeks or possibly months to assemble a government from his new parliament.
