Surviving R Kelly is beginning to yield dividends as a lady identified as HW on all legal documents, who accused R. Kelly real name Robert Kelly of sexual abuse at the tender age of 16 has won a civil case against him after he failed to respond to the lawsuit and appear in court.
The ruling was granted by a Chicago Judge, Moira Johnson in R. Kelly’s absence. A subsequent hearing will ascertain how much the ‘Ignition’ singer will pay in terms of damages
R. Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg refused to comment.
