Luis Ortiz promoter has ruled out the Cuban as a late opponent for Anthony Joshua, following Jarrell Miller’s failed drug tests.
Ortiz had been mooted as one of the prospective late replacements of Jarrell Miller for Anthony Joshua’s American debut at the MSG but his camp has ruled him out due to what they term as ‘lowball offers’ from the Joshua camp.
