The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has objected to the inclusion of justice Joy Oyewole as member of the Osun State Governorship Appeal Panel.
The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Kola Ologbondiyan told journalists in Abuja that there are indications that Justice Oyewole has biased intentions against the person of its candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke and the PDP, on which platform he contested the 2018 Osun State governorship election.
The PDP petitioned the President of the Court of Appeal asking for the replacement of Justice Oyewole with another justice of the Court of Appeal, without any affiliation with Osun State.
