Suspected herdsmen, who reportedly invaded a village in Iyemoro-Ekiti, Ekiti State, are still on the run.

The king of the community, Oba Agboola Ogungbemi, confirmed the incident and lamented the palpable tension that has enveloped in the community.
Speaking to journalists after an on-the-spot assessment, the Commissioner for Information, Ekiti State, Muyiwa Olomilua said the government identifies with the victims of the clash and will do everything possible to provide succor for the people of the community.
