Danny Drinkwater, Chelsea’s Midfielder was arraigned for drink driving after ramming his Range Rover into a Skoda on a Country lane around the Greater Manchester area.
Drinkwater was not alone as he was accompanied by his solicitor, Beth Mantel as they were both coming from a party around 12:30 AM.
Mr Drinkwater has, however, been released on unconditional bail to appear at Stockport Magistrates’ Court on 13 May.
The midfielder was named in the Championship Team of the Year as the Foxes won promotion to the Premier League in the 2013-14 season.
