INEC has earlier today issued a Certificate of Return to Gov. Udom Emmanuel and 25 legislators for the elections that held on March 9 in Akwa Ibom State.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mike Igini presented the certificates earlier today in Uyo to the Governor-elect and others.
The newly re-elected governor expressed his gratitude to the people of Akwa Ibom and also thanked God that no lives were lost during the 2019 elections.
