The Director General of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, NIPSS, Juma Jonathan says the institute is planning a comprehensive health care strategy document for the primary health care sector in Nigeria.
Jonathan said this during the institute’s 2019 budget defence with the House Committee on Governmental Affairs.
Members of the committee expressed disappointment with the non-remittance of Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, by agencies of government even when the IGR is close to what government budgeted for the agencies.
