Ethiopian Airline crash : What Pius Adesanmi told me before he died – Dele Momodu

Publisher of Ovation International Magazine, Dele Momodu, has revealed what Nigerian professor, Pius Adesanmi who died alongside 157 others in the Ethiopian Airline plane crash, told him before the unfortunate incident.

Momodu who took to his Twitter page to mourn the deceased disclosed that, Pius Adesanmi had requested to hang out with him in Nairobi before his demise.

Alongside a picture of the Whatsapp conversation Momodu wrote, ”My very dear Pius, I will forever treasure our last WhatsApp chat and your last call asking if I will be in Nairobi, that it would be nice to hang-out together, and I said no, but asked you to call me, and my plan was to supply your hot pounded yam and sizzling egusi soup, God.”

The airline announced that there were no survivors on its flight ET302 which crashed on Sunday en route Nairobi from Addis Ababa.

The airline said the 149 passengers and eight crew members on board the B-737-800MAX with registration number ET- AVJ, all died in the crash.

“None of the people on board the Boeing 737 that crashed en route from Addis Ababa to Nairobi survived,” the airline said.
