A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted an order of substituted service on two men cited for criminal conspiracy.
They are the Director of Legal Services of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Kallingo Moljengo and former Managing Director of the Commission, Nsima Ekere.
A Port Harcourt Chief Magistrate had issued a warrant of arrest on the two men, in respect of an action instituted by four companies against the NDDC for default in the payment of contract sums and attempt by the directors to prevent the execution of an order made by the court in its judgment.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo adjourned the matter till April 8, 2019.
